See what happened when we joined our friends at Home-Work to host a big weekend of arty workshops.
If there was anything to unknot our tired shoulders and reinvigorate our brains, it was a full weekend by the beach, doing creative stuff with our mates at Art Camp.
Thunk up by the geniuses at Home-Work, Art Camp is a big three days of workshops and communal fun, co-presented by frankie. Together, us happy campers trotted down to Queenscliff, where we spent three days screen printing with Lara and Jess from Home-Work, making collages with Beci Orpin, scribbling on ipads with Alice Oehr and shooting fancy photos on our phone with Kate Berry.
We got up close and personal with the talented trio behind Kip & Co to pick up some of their business wisdom, did yoga with Dunefolk in our downtime and even hosted a special night of frankie trivia. Phew! Needless to say, our creative juices were feeling at an all-time high by the end of the weekend.
If you missed out on tickets the first time, don’t fret. It’s all happening again in 2020 – but this time, in New Zealand! (Early bird tickets over here.)
A big thank you to Home-Work and the creatives who shared their knowledge with us over the weekend. We’re super-grateful to have had such a lovely experience with you all. And to the rad makers who sent along gifts for our trivia night: we love you! Cue the credits.
