Terms and Conditions


UK Customers 

Due to changes in customs processes, customers ordering to the UK understand and accept the possibility of delays and fees from HMRC and border control. Including but not limited to: custom fees, VAT and processing fees. Payment of which must be received to release goods.

Squint has no control over British regulations, but I endeavour to be as transparent as possible with timescales, tracking and fees. Please read more here.


Order Terms

For made-to-order items you accept the manufacture window is an estimated 4-6 week period until dispatch. This does not include shipping times and excludes travel delays due to shipping carriers. Most pieces are made to order and therefore are placed in a queue to be handmade in our studio.

Stock levels are subject to change dependent on fabric availability and meterage in stock. 


Exchanges and Returns

Please ensure you have read our returns policy page. As everything is hand made we currently only accept exchanges on items not considered faulty and do not accept cancellations. I always endeavour to resolve any problems with your piece. This information is present on product pages to ensure you are fully aware of this before purchasing:  

As everything is hand made we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or cancellation. This does not apply to faulty items. 

We accept size exchanges where possible but cannot guarantee sizes will be in stock. Please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition – unworn, free of perfume, smoke, pet hairs etc. and with all tags attached.

Shipping and postage to our Melbourne studio is at the customers cost.
