US Customers
Shipping to the USA has resumed via Australia Post. Please be aware that by purchasing from us you may incur custom fees and these may need to be paid before your item can be delivered. As the situation with tariffs and fees is ever changing we suggest checking your local rules before placing an order. SQUINT has no control over any fees or tariffs your purchase may incur.
UK CustomersÂ
Due to changes in customs processes, customers ordering to the UK understand and accept the possibility of delays and fees from HMRC and border control. Including but not limited to: custom fees, VAT and processing fees. Payment of which must be received to release goods.
Squint has no control over British regulations, but I endeavour to be as transparent as possible with timescales, tracking and fees. Please read more here.
Order Terms
Pre-Orders
All Pre orders have an estimated 8 week make window, this does not include shipping time. Once manufacture has begun on your piece we are not able to cancel or alter your order.
If you order becomes delayed we will notify you via the email supplied at check out.
Made To Order
For made-to-order and pre order items you accept the manufacture window is an estimated 6-8 week period until dispatch. This does not include shipping times and excludes travel delays due to shipping carriers. Most pieces are made to order and therefore are placed in a queue to be handmade in our studio.
Stock levels are subject to change dependent on fabric availability and meterage in stock.Â
Exchanges and Returns
Please ensure you have read our returns policy page. As everything is hand made we currently only accept exchanges on items not considered faulty and do not accept cancellations. I always endeavour to resolve any problems with your piece. This information is present on product pages to ensure you are fully aware of this before purchasing: https://squintclothing.com/returns Â
As everything is hand made we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind or cancellation. This does not apply to faulty items.Â
We accept size exchanges where possible but cannot guarantee sizes will be in stock. Please contact me at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition – unworn, free of perfume, smoke, pet hairs etc. and with all tags attached.
Shipping and postage to our Melbourne studio is at the customers cost.
Gift Vouchers and Coupons
All gift cards have a 3 year long expiry from the date of purchase. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for money. Unique gift card codes are one use only. If your transaction does not require the full amount supplied on your gift card a new code will be supplied. New codes supplied for remaining balance are subject to the original expiry date.Â
If you lose or misplace your gift card or code this is the responsibility of the gift card recipient. SQUINT does not replace lost, damaged or stolen gift cards. Gift Cards can only be used at www.squintclothing.com and not at any events or stockists of SQUINT. Please contact [email protected] if you require further information.
